Gnuboy 4D v1.2 released

-bugfixes for save settings
-sound improved (if you use Scale2x -> use Frameskip ... otherwise it's too slow)

    i installed it in my dingux but does not start, why?

    Hi SiENcE,

    There are 2 options I can't configure in the file gnuboy4d.rc:
    - the scaling: I want native res, but when I put 'set scale 1' in the .rc file, it has no effect
    - the frameskip: I want it off, what's the rc command? There's nothing about frameskip in the doc.
