Last week i read the Blog of my friend (Beans, Bits and Bytes) and asked myself, what makes a good RPG?
I searched the Web and found a poll: Vote.
The Results are here: Results
It's interesting to see, most people (95% Men) like: "Final Fantasy 7"
- a "medieval" setting
- NO random enemys
- multiple Endings
- 1 or 2 controllable Characters
- traditional RPG (no Action or Strategy)
- a Worldmap
- 50 / 50 (Series, independent ones)
- a 100+ hour gameplay
- better storyline, than graphics
I tend to agree ;-).
